Sweeney.Todd.The.Demon.Barber.of.Fleet.Street(2007)_J1MES_ – Audio Torrent
People, this is only audio, none the less, it’s is brilliant and melodious, I’ll have a CAM of the film available for download soon hopefully. I’m seeing Trans Siberian Orchestra Tonight, perhaps now i’ll have more dulcet tune stuck in my head for the next two weeks. These are all the work of the stage musical and film composer Steven Sondheim, performed by John Depp and company.

And there he finally is! The DVDrip of a very good movie: The Prestige. The movie is already in the top250 on IMDb, and has a nice score of 8.1 with more then 21000 votes! Last release was a TC also from mVs. Quality is very good. 2CD and AC3 audio. Enjoy!British director Christopher Nolan’s (BATMAN BEGINS) eclectic resume gains another interesting entry with THE PRESTIGE. The basic plot, which concerns the rivalry between two magicians in early 20th-century London, closely resembles a fellow 2006 movie–Edward Norton’s THE ILLUSIONIST–and the two films are sure to be closely compared. I didn’t have time to write a review, so here’s one I pulled:
In Nolan’s film, Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale bring the characters of Rupert Angier and Alfred Bordon to life. Rupert and Alfred were young magician apprentices together, but became bitter rivals as their careers began to shape their adult lives and a terrible accident claimed the life of Rupert’s wife. In the subsequent years Rupert has become wildly jealous of Alfred’s superior talents, so in a last ditch attempt to steal some artistic ground he sends his assistant, Olivia (Scarlett Johansson), to infiltrate his rival’s lair and steal the secret to a spectacular trick called “The Transported Man.”
Nolan’s film twists and turns down a number of unexpected avenues as it flits back and forth between numerous time periods, creating a movie that needs to be watched as closely as the tricks his leading characters perform. Bale and Jackman perfectly execute their roles, winding up the tension to an unbearable degree as they willfully enter into some dangerously competitive patterns of behavior. Michael Caine makes his second appearance in a Nolan film, almost reprising his role of Alfred in BATMAN BEGINS by playing Cutter, Jackman’s mentor; and Johansson pouts and flounces across the elaborate sets like a classic Hollywood screen siren. Stylistically, THE PRESTIGE is full of dark, gloomy colors and a palpable feeling of menace, which is an impeccable visual match for the viewer’s growing unease as the protagonists push each other to increasingly ridiculous lengths. It’s not an easy film to digest, but Nolan’s movie offers intelligent and challenging viewing that will likely reveal further cinematic magic on repeated viewings.

Some friends managed to steal me away from my girl this week to see I Am Legend. I have to say that he’ll always be the fresh prince to me, but he gained a lot more respect with this role. In retrospect, i cannot imagine someone else playing the part and invoking such emotion. The leaked screener for critics created such an awe it will surely be one of the most popular releases of this year. A non-scene group by the name of DiGG released a 2CD version of this movie encoded in x264 and with amazing 5.1 AC3 sound. I recommend VLC to play this .mkv file, you won’t have to hassle with all the codecs. So you get DVD quality on 2 cds, Merry Christmas hoes!
I Am Legend was a 1954 science fiction novel by Richard Matheson.
The 2007 adaption is directed by Francis Lawrence and stars Will Smith as Dr. Robert Neville.
Plot:
Robert Neville is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain a the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable, and man-made. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City and maybe the world. For three years, Neville has faithfully sent out daily radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there. But he is not alone. The infected mutant victims of the plague lurk in the shadows… watching Neville’s every move… waiting for him to make a fatal mistake. Perhaps mankind’s last, best hope, Neville is driven by only one remaining mission: to find a way to reverse the effects of the virus using his own immune blood. But he knows he is outnumbered… and quickly running out of time.

On some days, almost anything is possible.
The fish and the man are the same.
They are of the same archetype both aware of what they are confined within. Both enlightened and knowing that their is more to their world than what they can perceive in their dimensions. These dimensions are contained within another dimension.
The numbers are a reflection of the true element of being the last definitive element. Those bits of information create everything that we are aware of.
It’s colored softly because that reflects perception just as the flower reflects itself upon the wall yet the shadow is from the archetype of that flower but is not the flower.

- I’m loving the portfolio of Diane Varner. She’s got me saying “oh my god”, to works like this and this. What a few birds can do = D. Her site talks about some of her Camera Raw & Photoshop post-processing techniques, and on PhotoshopSupport.com she discusses her work & ideas.
- I can’t tell you much about it, but I like this neat panoramic timelapse image. [Via]
